<p>“students affected by the storm” =/= everyone, but I don’t know how lenient it is. If your GC is in the East and has to get back to you for your essays or something, do you qualify?</p>

<p>they won’t. They are still hoping most people get their stuff in on Nov 1. Just to avoid server mishaps. And they can begin work earlier than later. But extending to nov 5 is a logical thing to do.</p>
