<p>Good scores and GPA will definitely get their attention. Now it is your essays and how you stand out. Varsity athletics is great but not a stand out. Have some safety schools as well since realistically chances for hyps are < 10%</p>

<p>Great SATs + Lackluster ECs dont sound too compelling b/c that is the combination so many applicants have, but your ECs are good enough that you can get in if you have really good essays perhaps! but it’s still a reach b/c it’s yale and stanford!</p>
