<p>I submitted my CommonApp on 1st of November(last hour). Now, I still didn't receive any email from Yale Admission Comittee. I applied Yale a year ago with RD and was emailed after 3 days. Is that OKAY or not? Howvere, my cousnselor and teachers did not begin their work on Commonapp. I am depressed very much. Please someone tell me that everything is OK. My teachers and counselor will do their part today or tomorrow. </p>

<p>If you feel like it may not have gone through, call the office of admissions and simply ask. You can alleviate all your stress with a single phone call.</p>

<p>@Tperry1982 I think he’s trying to say that it’s odd that he received his information in three days last year but it’s taken longer this year.</p>
<p>So, billymayshere, my question still is what happened to the application last year? Was he not accepted and he is re-applying this year? Did he take a gap year?</p>

<p>I would assume he took a gap year. However, now that I look at it again, the OP was written very ambiguously. Until he or she confirms, we can’t really be sure.</p>
<p>But, at the end of the day, all it takes is for him to make a phone call to ease his doubts.</p>
