Einnoc, you say that you want to focus on Science, Math and Business. Why aren't you considering MIT? MIT at least has a top 5 undergraduate Business program. Stanford, Princeton and Yale don't offer Business to undergrads.

Anyway, of the three schools you mention (P,S and Y), I would recommend Stanford or Princeton. If you like the whole Ivy League atmosphere and the East Coast, go for Princeton. If you prefer a laid back West-Coast style school, go for Stanford.

no question about it,Stanford

Is it feasible for you to visit the three colleges, take a tour, and talk to some people in the departments you're interested in? If not, make some phone calls and get some email addresses so you can find out more than these opinions you're getting here. For example, I think Stanford is a wonderful school (I go there) for many reasons. However, many other students have different values and therefore prefer different schools... so other than finding out rankings, I think it's best for you to do some research and figure out which is truly best for you in criteria other than just department rankings.

Thanks for pointing out MIT, i think i should reconsider it. at first, i wasn't interested in MIT i thought it was for engineering specific people, and thus would be an overcompetitive environment. And people there are mostly alll MATH and SCIENCE. I am decent in math and science but by no means am I an Intel finalist or siemens finalist nor have i ever placed in a national math competition. I know i'm generalizing, but i think it's mostly true.

I don't think stanford would be a good match, I heard a friends describe what it's like there, and i don't think i'll fit in.

Thus, princeton is still what i'm leaning towards. I can always major in math, and go on to get a MBA. and somehow incorporate a little science into it. lol.
