Has anyone had this problem? We cannot find the STEM Research Supplemental Form on the Yale application portal despite being directed there (by Yale) to access the form. This form is intended to be used to upload research or can be used to send an email request to the research mentor from whom you are requesting an LOR. My daughter has an LOR from her research mentor and we want to send this mentor an email request via Yale portal so that she can privately upload her LOR. There is all sorts of discussion on the topic on the Yale application website but unfortunately, everything we’ve tried is a dead end…any help greatly appreciated!
