I didn’t think I would get into Yale, because I had a 30 ACT but I think this is what made it! I applied to the yale summer debate camp, paid for a hotel, and attended. I met so many kind yale students and was able to connect and learn info to put into my “why yale?” question. so happy to be part of the class of 2021
Congratulations. It’s not all about the numbers, is it? I’m glad that you found the Yale students to be kind; it’s my impression of most of them also.
