Hey all, working on my RD app for Yale now before I get the news from Princeton. (Expecting the worst hoping for the best). My question is, how do you indicate to which prompt you are responding in the essay section. It asks for first and second choice, but should I indicate in the text box which prompt I’m responding to, or should it be obvious?
Your answer will make it obvious. In addition stating which prompt you are responding to takes up character-space, which means you will have less room for your actual response.
Yeah I also just put my two essays without stating the topic, but it is not going to be hard for them to know if I’m describing a community, academic interest or what I love to do 
If what I love to do is learning about my community, I guess they will figure it out somehow

I put the first choice one first and the second choice one second. that’s what made the most sense.
