Yale Symphony Orchestra, Yale Glee Club, Yale Concert Band

<p>Here is a great new video about collaboration between the three groups, for those prospective students who might be interested in participating in one of the groups as well as those of us who might know current members of the groups:</p>

<p>We saw that concert–it was excellent (especially the Durufle). I really liked the Ives symphony–but I was in the minority, I think. It’s a hard piece, both to play and to hear.</p>

<p>We listened to it live-streamed from Yale radio–which made the Ives all the more, well, interesting. :slight_smile: I wish they would live-stream video as well.</p>

<p>They stream video from concerts in Sprague Hall, but not (yet) from Woolsey Hall.</p>

<p>Yes, I’ve watched some of the concerts from Sprague. Great for us long-distance fans!</p>

<p>Three of the perks of living in New Haven. I could go to a concert or recital everyday.</p>

<p>Don’t forget the Philharmonia–although it’s not for undergrads as it’s the YSM orchestra.</p>
