I discovered that in Yale's viewbook, Yale uses the student information of Common App but not the recs of Common App. Does that mean Yale's Recs replaces the Common recs? They appear quite the same to me except Yale's rec has extra boxes that indicate whether you are EA or RD.

They're exactly the same, minus the Yale logo. You can use the Common App recommendations if you want to. It really doesn't matter.

yea, they are both equal. i didnt even use the official Common App form, my school has a form that is exactly like the common app form except with all my school's info (address, phone numbers etc) printed on the top.

Oh, so those boxes that indicate EA or RD are irrevelant?

Yes, particularly since it's over a month past the EA deadline.

oh thanks very much..(i noticed that i misspelt irrelevant...)
