My son and husband will be at Yale today for the tour. Are there any recommendations about places they should try to see that may not be covered in the tour or anything else they should do while there?

The tour is done pretty well. I would walk around either before or after the tour to just try and get a feel of the place.

They had a great time on the tour. Afterwards, they ate at Frank Peppe's, where reportedly the first pizza in the United States was made/sold. The tour guide was really good, and you could tell that he really loved his school.

Who was he? I keep lists and cross-reference feedback from friends. Crazy, I know, just curious.

Don't forget the hotdogs! Also, I would recommend visiting the Beinecke library. The light shines just so through marble walls that it gives the library a marvelous quality.

His name was Leland. Not sure of the spelling. Are you a tour guide too?
