Yale transfers - the few, the brave, the proud

<p>If there are any current Yale students reading this, I'd greatly appreciate any advice on how to boost my chances of becoming one of the 15-30 admitted transfers this spring - especially if you were a transfer student yourself.</p>

<p>I won't make this into a chance thread - first semester's not even over yet, after all - but if you're reading this and wouldn't mind spending a few minutes discussing transferring into Yale with me, send me a PM; I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks.</p>

<p>P.S. Anyone else out there planning a transfer this spring? If so, what schools (including Yale, obviously) are you thinking about and why?</p>

<p>There were 0-1 CC transfers in fall 2008 and 0 in 2009.</p>

<p>I’m just starting the application process, actually. I’m also planning to transfer in the fall - what I meant was, is anyone else planning to APPLY for a transfer in the spring. Sorry about that.</p>

<p>^^Assumed, since fall 2010 transfer applications just came on line a couple of weeks ago and decisions won’t be out until May.</p>
