sooo… any advice as well??? i am trying to get a 34+ ACT. weakness? strengths? thanks!

oh and weighted GPA is a 4.7 almost a 5.0

PS: hispanic if thats a hook as well

SAT is quite low for Yale and I’d imagine Berkeley as well. Also, AP scores aren’t the greatest–3 in a common sophomore class, and a 4 and a 5 in two of what I’ve heard are the “lighter” APs?

(EDIT: Never mind, didn’t read second post) GPA weighted or unweighted? (/EDIT)

Keep working, but don’t think you’re a shoo-in. Good luck!

hi @bodangles! for me, AP world is a freshman class. however, this year and next I have very challenging APs. GPA is unweighted. thanks for the feedback! PS average freshman SAT for berkeley is a low 2000 from what i’ve heard! i know yale is A LOT higher

NYU- low reach, i’d say you have a good chance

Berkeley- They rarely take OOS who cant pay a lot of tuition. Cali tax payers hate their money going to OOS students. Unless you can pay full tuition, chances are pretty slim.

Yale- You may actually have a chance here too but in the end it comes down to luck…

Wait so did you publish a book? And did you have you’re own documentary on CSPAN? Those are crazy hooks haha

@0br01 ah i didn’t know that about ucb. that’s terrible! :frowning: yale is super competitive but i’ve heard crazy stories. yes, i did  i don’t have it on amazon or anything to collect royalities yet because i haven’t had the time to pull up all the financial info i need, but yes to both! thank you for your feedback
