Hi all! Right now I am applying to other similar-tier colleges and playing the “financial game” to try to make Yale more affordable to my family. I hope everyone is having a great holiday season thus far, and I cannot wait to meet all of you!

Is anyone else struggling to complete applications for other schools? At some point, it almost seems useless lol
Hi there, I am new to CC and I am a mom of senior trying to applying to Yale. The Optional Engineering and Computer Science Essay prompt doesn’t seem to appear anywhere in the Yale Common App questions or supplement, yet the following prompt is on the Yale essay topics website. Does anyone know whether this should be an upload through SlideRoom instead, uploaded elsewhere, perhaps on the applicant status portal, or mailed to the college?
