I am now faced with this fantastic decision to make! Any advice?? I once fell in love with huntsman, but I am still not sure if I want to do business. More liberal arts educations at yale and princeton seem appealing for that reason.

For what its worth, I’m also a Huntsman admit RD I am between solid FA and honors program at ND, no FA at Georgetown SFS, and a full-ride at W&L. I got no FA from Penn. I am not super interested in business, much more so IR, politics, and law, but it’s very likely I will go to Huntsman. The prestige and individual attention and diversity and contacts from this program are really unbeatable. I don’t plan to pursue a business career, but I love the program in it’s entirety and cannot deny that a foundation in business is applicable to almost every single career. Also, I am under the impression that the program is very flexible with regards to required classes and pursuing additional interests within Wharton or CAS. But at the same time, I’m not choosing among Yale or Princeton.

Huntsman is an amazing program, and will give you many options in the future (ex. you can go into business, law or politics).
Princeton, on the other hand, will offer you a great undergrad academic experience because it focuses a lot on its undergrads.

care to explain? for some reason i felt like princeton was too quiet and uneventful. maybe its because they shut down the street for preview days.

in terms of my interests, i’m not sure yet (which is why i am hesitant about huntsman). I am interested in econ, international relations, math, physics, linguistics, psychology and even neuroscience. i’m really not sure…

any more advice? this is all very helpful!!! thanks!

Well, at least in terms of physics, mathematics, and IR (woodrow wilson school), Princeton is tops in the country. In terms of a quiet campus, the preview session i attended was quite packed with things to do, albeit the street being closed. I can’t really speak about yale lol
