Yale's ACT policy

hey i was reading on the upenn website that they require all scores from the SAT, SAT IIs, and ACT.
As i freshman I thought it would be a good idea to take the ACT, and I got a 24 Composite (29M, 24 S, 22 R/E) and now i definitely regret it. I recently took the test as a junior and received a 35 on the test.

Will they look down on the fact that I took it as a freshman and penalize me for it?

I'm kinda scared about this....

You’ll be fine. The multi test-taking reporting policy is simply meant to deter people taking the SAT six times etc - your 35 will be what the admissions committee will look at (in particular as the lower score was taken in freshman year.) It doesn’t suggest inconsistency, but improvement.
