The email below says it all,

Dear Student,

You were recently offered a Cal Grant award by the California Student Aid Commission (Commission) for the 2009-10 award year and indicated your intent to attend a California State University (CSU) on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Changes were made to your Cal Grant award amount based on the California State Budget that was signed on July 28, 2009.

To check your updated award information, please go to WebGrants for Students (WGS) at https://webgrants4students.org and review your Cal Grant status. The Commission encourages you to create WGS account if you haven't already. In WGS, you can view the status and terms of your Cal Grant, make schools changes and request a leave of absence. To retain your award, it is very important to keep your account information current.
