<p>your GPA and SAT seem pretty low. Your EC's seem very good, and if you hada better GPA/SAT you'd probably have a good shot. But, I hate to say it, you don't look too competetive with that GPA, class rank, and SAT score</p>

<p>Play up the "moving to Georgia from Africa" thing and the cultural ramifications of that. Georgetown loves that kind of stuff.</p>

<p>Higher class rank is always better, as are higher test scores, but I think you've got a good shot. If you can do reasonably well on the SATIIs, I think you'll be a very competitive applicant.</p>
