How about a haiku:

I went to class once
I spent my time writing this
When is the picnic

Aww, I wish my school did yearbook quotes.

How about some Oscar Wilde? "All knowledge is quite useless". I love that man.

"Nothing can be proven by witty quotes" Voltaire

yeah we put pictures. we don't really put like inside jokes or anything about classes and stuff- one year they did something like that toward the end of the yearbook but not on their actual pages. except my friend's sister had "we didn't start the fire" bc her & her friends set some things on fire with the candles on their table at prom haha

^ haha nice.

We get just one quote, not nearly a whole page to ourselves. Most of the quotes are pretty idiotic, but last year a friend of mine simply and eloquently made his..... "hamburger." genius.

Eleanor Roosevelt has some really good ones..
"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."

I have a calender somewhere with a bunch of really great quotes in it, I'll find it tomorrow and get back to you :).

You really ought to put some in that you've thought of on your own, all those years of exceptional private schooling must leave you with something profound to say!..

I always thought i would use this quote if i ever needed one, i really like it and i think it means something, slightly corny though:
Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around.

-Prime Minister in Love Actually
its quite long though, so im not sure if its what you wanted?

I once saw a young woman run through airport security, her shoes flying off as she went, when she saw her boyfriend walking from his arrival gate. He caught her as she jumped up to hug him, and they just stood there holding each other tightly and kissing passionately (not "making out," mind you), completely caught up in thier own moment as security came running.

It really was, well, a beautiful scene.
