Yes, it's another "Chances" post.

........But any idea what mine would be?

I go to a rather strong public high school, with a 3.2 GPA. I'm not taking any APs, and I only took one honors class my 4 years of high school. That said; I work really hard and do volunteer work and am very active in outside activities. SAT- 1900/2400, 660-Verbal, 540-Math (yet do not plan on becoming a math major or anything of the sort), 700-Writing (and DO plan on becoming a writer). If anyone answers this, then thanks!

I think you have a good shot, but Fordham is getting more and more competitve.

Your SATs are in their midrange, so that is good.

Try to re-take if posible to boost yourself even more.

Good Luck

im applying to fordham too... my stats are similar... my gpa is a little higher and my SATs are a little lower. I think we'll be okay. Are you applying early action? And where else are you applying?

I have a 3.3 GPA i've taken 5 honors and 5 APs over 4 years and there is an upward trend in my grades (3.7 lately). I scored a 2030 on the SAT: 610 Math (i need to work on that), 720 Critical Reading, 700 Writing. i am very involved in community service and I am president of the Social Justice Club and a member of the Community Service Leadership Team at my school in addition to about 135 hours by january. I have also run cross country for 4 years and could probably walk on at fordham but im not good enough for a scholarship. Please asses my chances

Could somebody please respond. Some updated info. I attend a private Jesuit high school and i organized my school to go to the massive immigration protest in downtown LA with half a million people. I am a National Hispanic Merit Scholar Honorable Mention.
