yet another chances question!

I'm wondering what my chances are at McGill. Two other people at my school, in San Francisco, will be applying with similar stats... will this hurt my chances?

ACT: 31 w/writing: 11
GPA: 3.9 unweighted and 4.2 weighted
AP Lit: 5
AP US History: 4
(I will not be sending my SAT's but they are as follows: CR 680, M 610, W 740
SAT II's: Lit 740 and US History 750)

I've taken challenging classes throughout my four years.
I know McGill doesn't look at extracurriculars, but I'm the editor of the newspaper, I work at a museum, I'm involved in the theatre program, and I am a member of several other clubs. I plan to major in French and I have done a student exchange to Paris and won the department award in French for the past two years, as well as the English Dept. award and the Religion Dept. award.

Thanks for any input!

Your numbers are very good, from the SAT II's taken I assume you are applying to the Arts Faculty (liberal arts, not
Fine Arts). Keep up the GPA and you should be fine.

McGill swears that there are no quotas from particular schools and based on their admission formula's there shouldn't be,
especially if students are applying to different faculties.

Thanks very much!

In.
Were do you go? Lowell or somethin?

nope, its private.

Not only are you in, you are interested in a French language program which would give you an exemption from paying international tuition, a substantial savings.
Look at Footnote 25 in this Wikipedia article.
