Good SAT score but your GPA/Rank is not exceptional and your EC's are a little lacking. But what do I know.

I still think u got a good chance.

bump (10char)

i don't see leadership...
with your grades, maybe you have a shot

good shot

and does anyone know how much rank actually matters much?

if u took most rigourous courseload and got close to straight A's...and looks like u did...i dont think freshman year is SOOO important

Yeah, I took the most rigorous courseload available (2 APs soph, 5 AP classes and 7 AP tests junior, 3 AP classes and 4-7 AP tests senior). I got 1 B both semesters 10th grade (in honors english and AP world history), and straight A's since then. So would not having any leadership experience break me? Would they reject me based on that and maybe my GPA? As far as I can tell, those two things are my weakest points.

A few more opinions would be nice, and I looked up some stats on Penn for my state. Turns out that they've accepted about 5 people for each of the past few years, and I know that in 2006 all 5 came from my high school. So is this a good thing in that they like my school or bad in that they're looking for more people from other places?
