If any of you haven't succumbed to eye fatigue from all the essays you've been asked to read, I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my "Why Vanderbilt" essay and tell me if it's a good reflection of what makes VU a fit for me. It's a mere 356 words, but it is exactly at the character limit in for the little box on the online supplement, so I can't add anything more without deleting stuff first. Any criticisms/suggestions welcome, let me know and I'll PM it to you.

I didn't know that box had a character limit! Now that I've checked it, it does have a character limit of about 370 words and exactly 2200 characters. I'm glad you said something; I was just told the essay should be 400-600 words.

I'd be more than happy to read and critique your essay.

I have one word of advice; if you have more to say than what fits in the online wupplement box, write the essay on the computer and send it in to admissions seperately and write inth e online box "see essay mailed seperately." good luck!

I'd be happy to read it for you jt_plano@yahoo.com

i'll give you my opinion, after all i just finished mine a few days ago...
