Yo dilemma needed to be solved in a day or two...

I am not exactly sure whether or not I want to take the SAT Subject tests in Math II and Lit in June. I feel it would be better if I waited, but I may want to go for early decision. How early can I take the subject tests if i wait? Is it October? I really need to make a decision.

June-Nervous + pressure
October-better prepared....

It is in October that I can take the SAT subject tests again, right?

i have the EXACT same question. does anyone know??

Yep, I am pretty sure that October is the last time you can take SAT/SAT Subject tests b4 ED or EA deadlines.

Schools do take November scores after the deadlines, but your applications must be on time.

gcf101 is right for all of the schools that I'm aware of.

However, this could vary from school to school. If you're really concerned, put in a phone call or two to the schools where you'll be applying. They'll be able to answer this question, no problem.

It's high doubtful you'll be better prepared in October, as you'll leak information during the summer.

Many SAT'ers go more than 30 ponts up in October if it's their second take:
September is usually much less stressful in school than May, and it does not take long to get back in shape. Besides, leaking mastered SAT information will not bring a federal grand jury on your back.
