<p>My daughter had the exact same problem. See our thread “Problems making the deposit for enrollment”. She emailed admissions and they said they would forward the problem to the help desk. We haven’t heard back yet.</p>
<p>We know someone else with the same problem as well. It sounds like an IT problem that needs to be fixed.</p>

<p>I was also the one who suggested your daughter try calling the admission department in your previous post.</p>
<p>The problem is, there not answering their phones until January 3rd!</p>
<p>I think your right though, its extreamly early and were among the first few to receive notice of acceptance so they probably still dont have everything ready on their end yet.</p>

<p>I had the same problem, I just sent my enrollment through the mail and they’ve cashed it already. I still can’t get onto the website though, so I don’t know about that…</p>
