<p>Does anyone know if you’re able to appeal while on the waitlist? Cause you’re technically not rejected…</p>
<p>Well i know a lot of people who went to CC and they transferred to UCLA. My best friend’s brother went to CC and transferred to UCSD, he also got into Cal and LA. Easy way to UCs i guess. Just do well in CC. :D</p>

<p>We are going to be nobodies when we transfer to uc’s… Everyone is going to have their cliques while we are loners omg :(</p>
<p>Oh and a lot of the teachers at my school went to CC and then transferred to UCs like UCLA, UCB, etc… and they’ve been really helpful with promoting transfers XD </p>
<p>Especially my calc teacher last year… he told the class that Don’t look down upon going on CC then transferring. All of his kids went to CC first not because they were dumb or had bad grades (they were really smart) but it was to save money. He, himself and his wife both went to CC first then transferred 
and he left us with this: “It doesn’t matter where you start, it matters where you end” That really touched me

<p>Not to be a downer or anything, but you guys do realize how hard it is to get classes at community colleges right now right? Transferring is a good way to get into a better UC, but if you can’t get the basic classes you need, transferring will be very difficult.</p>
