note- I did extremely poor in high school but counselors told me after a certain amount of college work schools would not look at it anymore?

You should get accepted to all of those schools, except Cornell most likely. That will be a reach, since I’m pretty sure the Ivy Leagues consider high school grades no matter how many college credits you complete. Apply to Columbia, they are the most accepting of CC students as transfers. It is worth a shot. I don’t see you getting rejected anywhere else, maybe Michigan. Major depending. What is your major?

My major is Poly-Sci and I will have my AA by the end of the summer, im applying with 43 credits and my work load for fall is rather hard with a lot of honor courses!

In that case I don’t see you getting denied from Michigan. Keep up the good work.

Looking pretty good to me too. cornell may be tough but explain your current progress and you should be fine. Good luck!

“note- I did extremely poor in high school but counselors told me after a certain amount of college work schools would not look at it anymore?” They are correct. Your high school GPA and work experience become irrelevant as you obtain college experience and credits so no worries there.

Your GPA is great. Just articulate your passion and goals in the essays. Explain why the school, why now, and what you plan to do with your degree. Let them see your path and tell a story. Since Cornell is Ivy league, I would think that it would be a reach in particular. Not sure how many transfers they accept.

Just present a well put together application package, have sincere, genuine people who know you well write the letter of recommendation for you and you should be good to go! GOOD LUCK!

I also agree, you should be fine for all of the schools except for Cornell, except possibly UMich, though I think you should be fine for that as well. Write good essays and get good rec letters to help back up your success in CC and you should have a fighting chance at Cornell, though I am not too familiar with their transfer process.
Chance me back!

You have a very good chance in all the colleges with the possible exception of Cornell, but I definitely think that its not impossible. Definitely work hard on making your application unique.
