<p>Just sent in the check today. S chose Wash U over UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, Cornell, Northwestern, and Brandeis.</p>
<p>Liberal Arts colleges:</p>
<p>Carleton
Grinnell
Colgate
Hendrix</p>
<p>And Drexel (which is not a LAC)</p>
<p>Duke, U Chicago, Vanderbilt, U Michigan, Emory, JHU (and couple of safeties)</p>
<p>Ill trade you for your duke acceptance, you can have my vandy acceptance, northwestern, wash u, notre dame, u mich, claremont mckenna, and Ill toss in there a few more state schools too.</p>
<p>USC (Marshall). I was also admitted to Michigan and Arizona, but really had no desire of going to either. The choice came down to Wash U and USC and for the longest time, I had always preferred SC. But, with all the information I gathered over the last month, specifically how everyone that I've talked to that goes to Wash U loves/loved it and the fact that Marshall alumnus have had bad things to say about the school, namely the grading curve, I decided on WUSTL.</p>

<p>I am choosing Wash U over JHU, UMich Honors, and Rutgers.</p>
<p>Amherst, Pomona, Carleton, Kenyon, Macalester, Knox, KU Honors</p>
<p>UMD, Syracuse, and NYU.</p>
<p>Carnegie Mellon, Syracuse, U of Puget Sound, Mizzou, and U of MO- Kansas City</p>
<p>To all who picked Wash U....Good choice, no, great choice! Best school ever for my sophomore Son!</p>

<p>I'm not fully sure I am going to go to WashU yet, but I think I am going to choose it over Princeton, MIT, Duke, Presidential Scholarship at Georgia Tech, and Vanderbilt.</p>

<p>Son chose WashU over Stanford, Pomona, Swarthmore, Amherst and Cornell. Great merit money trumped all, and he loved the school!</p>
<p>Hah well since I applied to only 3 schools including Wash U, I only chose it over Vandy.</p>
<p>UIUC, which has the 4th best Engineering program for both undergraduate AND graduate.</p>
<p>I chose WashU over Duke's AB Duke program, and OSU Honors.</p>
