<p>Well, given your background, Yale is a VERY far reach. Your verbal and writing scores hold you back. See, most asians are great not only in math, but english, as well.</p>
<p>Bowdoin and Bates are a reach. Carleton is a bit more selective.</p>
<p>I think you need a safety or two. Why did you not apply to Penn State?</p>
<p>I agree. Yale would be tough, but hey, you'd never know.
Also, your EC's aren't really strong. The only thing that stands out is the organized concert, none of your other ones show real commitment, you seem like a person that "jumps around" or is just a "member".</p>
