Not Another Teen Movie was like Mean Girl’s big sis. My favorite quote:

You put the “ass” in “embarrassment” You put the “suck” in “liposuction” You put the “ooo” in “jiu-jitsu” Is that all you got? No, You put the “ism” in "This is all just a defense mechanism

OMG, that reminds me…i still need to watch not another teen movie :D

That movie just mocks Bring It On and She’s All That. Though it is funny. Especially when they’re at a party and Janie(I believe that’s her name) is all wet from jumping in the pool. Priscilla(i believe that’s her name), pours a bottle of water on her and everyone gasps! lol

*Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60’s. * - Girl Interrupted

*We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for. To quote from Whitman, “O me! O life!.. of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless… of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life?” Answer. That you are here - that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. That the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be? * - Dead Poet’s Society

*You want to know how I did it? This is how I did it, Anton: I never saved anything for the swim back. * - Gattaca

*I had always heard your entire life flashes in front of your eyes the second before you die. First of all, that one second isn’t a second at all, it stretches on forever, like an ocean of time… For me, it was lying on my back at Boy Scout camp, watching falling stars… And yellow leaves, from the maple trees, that lined my street… Or my grandmother’s hands, and the way her skin seemed like paper… And the first time I saw my cousin Tony’s brand new Firebird… And Janie… And Janie… And… Carolyn. I guess I could be pretty ****ed off about what happened to me… but it’s hard to stay mad, when there’s so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I’m seeing it all at once, and it’s too much, my heart fills up like a balloon that’s about to burst… And then I remember to relax, and stop trying to hold on to it, and then it flows through me like rain and I can’t feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life… You have no idea what I’m talking about, I’m sure. But don’t worry… you will someday. * - American Beauty
