How many years do you spend after you to transfer to a UC? Is it like 2 years? I'll be at a CC for a total of 2 years, then I will transfer. Is it like a total of 4 years if you include CC and the UC?

Usually 2-3 years. It really depends on how many units you tackle. So a total of 4-5 years.

It’s completely subjective. It can depend on that UC’s graduation / major requirements, how many units you have coming in, how many pre-reqs you finished in CC, and your course load throughout your time at that UC. 2-3 years is pretty standard. Some people finish in less, some people in more. It’s completely specific to your particular situation. For most majors it’s conceivable to finish in 2 years. For others it can be common to finish in just over 2 years like 2 years and 1 or 2 extra quarters. However, that can usually be offset by taking summer sessions or loading up your course load during the academic year. So it just depends.

You can usually find this info on the website at each UC you are considering. Here is what UCLA says
As post #3 shows, you can get a better estimate for your particular circumstances by looking at what you’ve taken vs what is required for the degree.

Ok, so prolly like 5 years total max (but I’ll still be aiming for 2 years).

In your specific case, if you have managed to cover most or all of the lower division requirements for your major and breadth or IGETC at CC, then you are more likely to graduate in four semester or six quarters after transfer. On the other hand, if your CC is lacking in coverage of the lower division courses for your target school and major, the need to take “catch up” courses may result in taking extra semesters or quarters after transfer.
