<p>It's about my experiences with a community service project that I led and how it ties into my career plans. It's still not quite in the final stages of application-worthiness and so I'd love some outside input on anything: tone, syntax, focus/direction of the essay, the "is my voice evident? does my personality come out?" quality, etcetc.</p>
