11th_____________________________________________________________
Average GPA:
Courseload:2 AP, 3 Honors -- AP British Lit. , AP U.S. History (I should get a 4 or 5)
Varsity Cross Country (on a team that makes top 10 in states) (12 Hours/week)

12th
Most likely all APs, same EC's, possibly a few awards, etc.

Supposing I get some great recs and write an awesome essay with SAT scores 2000+, what are my chances? (do you agree/disagree my college list predictions?)

REACH:
Princeton
Harvard
Columbia
MATCH:
NYU Stern
Cornell
Georgetown
SAFETY:
Rutgers

cornell should also be a reach

although you probably have a good shot at cornell, no ivy should be considered a match/safety since theyre all unpredictable

if u get at least 2200 on SATS, you should have an average, if not decent, shot at all of them,

And where in the world are your SAT IIs?

go bump bump bump

Georgetown and Cornell are definitely reaches. NYU is very difficult too, more like a high match.

Nothing's set in stone until you know for sure what your SAT scores are. A 2000 is definitely not enough to call Cornell a match in pretty much any circumstance. I agree with above posters that you need something higher, but your ECs (especially that internship) are VERY impressive. I would keep GTown and Stern in the match column if you can score even 2100+ while the Ivies can be considered slight reach (as is for everyone) if you can score mid 2100s~2200+
PS: Don't write about liking challenges by taking AP tests. That is a very cliched choice of topics. Try to talk about your internship and/or how you got interested in business in the first place. Oh, and Answer the Prompt.

Anyone else have any comments/suggestions?

bumpbumpbump

Subject tests?

Where are your SAT II's? Without those then you have no chance at HYP Cornell etc.

If you get a 2000 most of those are reaches, but if u get a 2200+ along with awesome SAT II's then you got a very good shot as all of them

can you get recruited for tennis? have you tried..?
