You know your school is bad when.......

-- There was a stabbing 1 yr
-- A teacher was sleeping with a student the next yr
-- Tons of fights
-- Course offerings that don't include economics or senior history
-- A brand new high school that can't hold the current student body
-- The school is built on an old sod farm
-- The fields are unfinished & not being worked on so every sport is
bussed back to the old high school
-- 2000 kids and no lacrosse team
-- if you look in the dictionary under 'ghetto,' you'll find a picture of
the students

-When they offer biochem but not AP govt
-When more people get kicked out in a year than the past two years combined
-When you have to petition to take more than 3 AP/honors
-When they weight honors/AP .3 and not 1 point. ;)

When the school attempts to enforce and dress code, and then the proposal is dropped because too many students don't follow it
When the school has a football field solely made of dirt

And GDF, Dani747 is being facetious.

ya i am aware. lol.

Sometimes you post in the tone that you are not aware, however, with your style.
When the school is so large the counselors don't know how many people they have in their file and have no record of their senior students applying to college

...when they fire your club advisor because the head of the department of athletics does not like him

your algebra teacher looses your test and gives you a C in return!

Someone pulls the fire alarm and no one finds the culprit for a week
Entrances to the school are off-limits because there are no cameras in the area

2468, that sucks. Once one of my teachers lost my quiz, so she had to give me a 100. A C is complete crap, I would have fought that or offered to retake it.

Oh yeah and my stats teacher lost one of my packets that she was grading and told me I never handed it in. I simply told her "no, I handed it in. You just lost it, can you please try to find it?" She found it after a week of me asking and hounding her.

when you watch National Treasure in your AP US Hisotry class for its "historical accuracy."

when the fire alarm goes off for a drill and the no one can figure out how to get it to stop, so it continues to go off for the next hour and a half (it was really loud)

when the fire alarm goes off, and the teacher continues giving class. it was a drill, but still....that's how much they care for themselves and for us...i mean, we could've burnt to the ground and she didn't give a ****

I've died in a fire drill. A friend and I didn't get out before people started coming back inside.

When your teacher doesn't show up for a month, teaches nothing even when here... and the administration refuses to do anything about it even though you have a huge life altering exam at the end of the year. The other teaches are actually teaching us what she's supposed to be doing behind her back.

We are always watching movies in Spanish class just because they're in Spanish. They have subtitles anyways and I just read them without listening. Useless. That's funny, though.

3 teachers have been accused of sexual assault (on students) in the past year!

When people will file into the boys bathroom to...and I quote..."go look at the big turd someone left."

Seriously...and it wasn't just a few people either! It was like it was a ****ing phenomena or something! It was the cool new thing to go look at the big turd in the toilet.

sighs

You know your school is bad when there's ONLY 1 TV in each classroom (+1 in each locker bay and 1 in each breakout and 3 jumbotrons in the cafeteria). Now THAT'S pathetic. Couldn't they add a few more?

^ My school only has 1 TV in each classroom.. and no more... sometimes my class has to exchange the TV from the other classroom because the TVs are occasionally out of work.

How do you exchange TV's? My school's TV's are attached to the wall in the corner. But we do have the movable ones-ones in the cart.

Most of our classrooms don't have TVs...teachers have to use this signup system to reserve TVs for the upcoming weeks.
