<p>Dunno, you're in-state cali applying to cali schools, so I think you get big time preference over OOS.</p>

<p>There is preference to in-state students, but I think it's more accurate to say that OOS students just have a really tough time.</p>

<p>UCLA and UCSD are reaches if your school is competitive, but the other schools are definitely matches.</p>
