no. if you are a finalist and youngarts, in the coming months, announces you are a candidate, you are eligible to call yourself a candidate.
hey does anyone know if the youngarts portal updates after you win if you didn’t get finalist? i got a merit award but it’s in “application and eligibility review” (and congrats to all the winners this year!)
