Hi everyone, I just received an email from Harvard Ad Office:

"Your application to Harvard College is incomplete"

Dear Applicant,

I am writing to report that your application for admission is not yet complete.

We recognize that materials may be lost in the mail, may still be in transit, or may even be misplaced in our office. We have checked our files carefully, however, and as of today we cannot find the missing items. As time is getting short, we ask you to replace the originals rather than try to trace them.

If you believe you have submitted a required document and we do not have it, it may be that a component of that document is missing. E.g., "missing Secondary School Report" often means we don't have a transcript or "missing Teacher Recommendation" may mean that the Teacher Recommendation we do have is not from an instructor in an academic subject.

Your teacher or guidance counselor must resubmit the form by faxing a duplicate copy to the above numbers. Please have duplicate copies of the originals sent promptly to the attention of Ian Anderson, by Thursday, November 10, 2011.

When I checked my Applicant Status page, it says "Not Received" in the Secondary School / Dean's Report part.

However according to DHL's tracking record, the school received and signed for my mail on Nov 02. This included my transcript and counselor's evaluation.

I am really worried right now. Is one week too long (or too short) for an application file to be processed? Should I ask my counselor to re-fax the transcript to the school ASAP, or should I just wait and refresh the applicant status page tomorrow?
