Your Bama Brags...don't be shy! :)

Yes it is. Certainly makes housing a bit easier!

DS internship is down here this summer and he’s looking forward to being able to sleep in his own bed and work with a great company…congrats again.

To yours too!

Happy news! Son matched into #1 choice

Congrats!!
ROLL TIDE!

Roll Tide! And the Crimson will still come in handy! :wink: :wink:

What is his #1 choice, @mom2collegekids ?

@mom2collegekids don’t leave us hanging…

Lol…

I’ll PM his match.

Congratulation!

That’s fantastic, Mom! Best of luck to him!

M2CK: Congrats on your son’s residency match! Yes, Crimson will come in handy. And, he may not be the only Bama grad wearing Crimson this fall. My older son had one of his best friends receive admission to Harvard’s School of Education for her masters. The two first met as second semester freshmen on the Alabama Abroad trip to Costa Rica, and they have remained friends for years.

Ok…so it’s not a secret anymore, so no need to beat around the bush…lol… Yes, he matched at Harvard Med School’s Massachusetts General Hospital. I’m still completely blown away. When he announced it, I burst into tears. I thought he’d match into Johns Hopkins, his #2 choice, because I figured that MGH was just way too difficult to get in. He had the top Step scores, grades, and LORs, but I think it was his nationally-recognized published research in epilepsy that punched his ticket into MGH.
