Your BEST ACT vc SAT

Post your top score from each here. Id like to see how people who fare well/badly on one test do on the other test.

for people i know

ACT: 34 SAT: 2060
ACT 32 SAT: 1940

Act: 33 Sat: 2230

backfire - those are huge differences!

Ha, talk about huge differences:

34 ACT, 1950 SAT

Yeah , 19382 I hear ya.

34 ACT, 2010 SAT

800 math level 2

I know a girl who had

33 ACT, 1850 SAT

I know a kid who had a 28 ACT vs 2050 SAT. He did take the SAT twice, but it still shows that different people are better at different tests. The ACT is definately not easier than the SAT or vice versa.

34 ACT, 2190 (1470) SAT

But I just retook the ACT today (because I didn't take the writing portion last time - whoops!)

The ACT definetely rules my family:

Brother - ACT 32 vs SAT 1720
Me - ACT 31 vs SAT 1900

My brother's difference makes me think he probably wasn't focused at all on the SAT, but nevertheless he just went with his ACT score and didn't retake the SAT.

ACT: 32

SAT: 2100

so yea i beat the SAT by 40 whoopie...

ACT:36
SAT:2180
retook in october though

I guess I'm in the minority

30 ACT
2150 SAT

Act 30
Sat 2030

youfavahole -

thats incredible! any tips?

Act:36
Sat: 2310

manage your time wisely i guess and don't scrutinize over individual problems that are giving you trouble

youfavahole...if you got a 36 on your ACT, why would you retake the SAT and sit for a grueling 5 hours? thats just crazy

first time i took each..

33 ACT, 1910 SAT

ACT - 32
SAT - 2140

and those are both june scores. I retook both this october so let's hope they both improved!
