<p>I guess on all the questions first, then go back and read the passage very, very thoroughly. I then check my guessed answers and mark how many I got incorrect and leave them (they always say to go with your first instinct). I got a 540 on CR last time so it's no fluke.</p>

<p>this is the best way--read the passage first, then read the question and look back at the pertinent part of the passage to reference what the question is talking about and then answer. This is how you do it--I got an 800. Reading the questions first is a waste of time.</p>

<p>i agree with rockermcr. i think you should forget about strategies, and focus on attacking the question(s)/passage(s) with a way that you are most comfortable with.</p>

<p>personally, i speed read the passage, then go to the question. it brought my CR score fro 570 to 760 on the PSAT last oct.</p>
