Your Dream AP Class

AP Time Management

@apandia Yes. Yes. Yes.

AP Multivariable Calc and Differential Equations
AP Linear Algebra
AP Game Theory
AP Statistics C (Calc Based)
AP Chorus
AP Organic Chem
AP Optics
AP Misanthropy (where we sit around discussing why we hate humankind and doing random stuff)

AP International Relations
AP Theology would be cool and also important given current situations in the world
and more options in languages- this being said school’s would need to offer the languages in regular and honor’s classes as well so I guess this is a dream.

  • AP Philosophy
  • AP Swedish Language and Culture
  • AP Creative Writing

I think a Philosophy class would be very cool.

AP Sociology

AP Multivariable Calculus
AP Differential Equations
AP Linear Algebra
AP Physics D (Upper-Division Mechanics and E&M plus Introduction to Relativity and QM)

I agree with KnightofFaith, the STEM APs are really lacking.

AP Russian Lang and Culture (in development, ik)
AP Korean Lang and Culture
AP Organic Chem
AP Chinese History

just my two cents.

I hesitate to add anymore higher level STEM APs; quite honestly I don’t think there are many high school teachers who are qualified enough to teach at that level. If they did add more high level math or science APs, there needs to be some kinds of requisites for the teachers.

AP Astronomy or Geology maybe?
AP Philosophy would be really cool too!

AP Philosophy (MUST HAPPEN)
AP World Cultures and Religions
AP Linguistics
AP Biochemistry
AP Asian History
AP Music Performance
AP Informatics
AP Computing
AP College Admissions

just kidding on the last one, but let’s be honest, we’d all get 5s.

It’s been “in development” for 10 years; I would not hold my breath waiting for this one to happen.

I think it’s worth mentioning that AP Accounting is in the works.

AP Breakfast sounds good to me

Also, AP Accounting/Finance & AP International Relations

AP Sex Ed
AP Video Game Design
AP Study Hall
AP JROTC
AP Pre-Calculus
AP Graduation

AP Neuroscience swoons

Dream?

AP Construction.

Basically you get a bunch of random materials and are tasked to create something using only those materials. Who wouldn’t want to do that class?

AP Extra Hour of Sleep. I can’t think of anyone I know who has a semi-rigorous schedule and gets more than, if even, 6 hours of sleep a night.

AP Economics w/ Calculus and/or w/ Stats (too much theory and no math =; )
AP Business Law
AP Calculus CD (the C of BC with new material, I.e differential equations etc)
AP Physics C: Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics (the fun stuff that always is cut)
