Your Eating Habits

@Daniela_Sunday: Goat milk - how does it taste? I love goat cheese, but I haven't seen goat milk. Yet.

If you like goat cheese, goat milk tastes about the same, just in liquid form, perhaps a little more pronounced in flavor. At first I disliked it, but then I became used to the taste and now find it pleasant. My local supermarket sells quarts of fresh goat milk in the health foods refrigerated section next to the kefir and soy milks, and it also comes evaporated in cans in the bakery section. I've seen it at a lot of regular supermarkets, but you should definitely be able to find it at a Whole Foods or other natural grocery store.

I actually like goat milk more than goat cheese. But one thing I really like is goat milk yogurt. It's really lovely, but goat milk and goat milk yogurt are expensive unfortunately.

Get a life, idiot. As Daniela said, body builders eat that type of food all the time. And there is no such thing as a masculine or feminine eating habit.

I didn't realize my life was missing...

I hate goat cheese/milk, it makes me gag! I just can't stand the smell of it. When I was in pakistan a couple years back, the village I stayed in (my grandma's native rural village) only had goat milk! I deprived myself of milk for like 2 months...but I made up for it by having yogurt with every other meal. I was so excited when I got home and treated myself with my native long island cow milk <3

Clearly it is if you have time to write such asinine comments.

Daniela- I have actually heard of that book but never read it. I might have to pick it up sometime.
diontechristmas- seriously? There are many male vegetarians out there... it doesn't have anything to do with being "feminine" or "masculine" get a grip and stop being so sexist. It has to do with health and, for some people, animal rights. Just because the stereotype is that all men like a big juicy steak doesn't make it remotely true.

Thank you for the life changing insight...

diontechristmas, what an ignorant comment. A lot of great athletes are vegetarians. It keeps your body fat percentage low without hindering the building of lean muscle.
