Your ED Application Is In - What Are You Going To Do Now?

7 kids in my class (including me, in a class of about 195ish) are applying ED to Cornell.

you think thats bad! 8 students out of our class of 87 are applying to cornell ed!

lol 4 in my class of 127 are going ED cornell (we're in NY so all are applying to contract schools too, me and another girl are competing for ILR alone)

ah i hope we all get in!
i wish december 15th was tomorrow :(

only 3 of my class of 210 are applying ED (I'm not sure to which school, though). It's not bad, though, considering 9 are applying EA to Yale, while Yale has a history of only taking 1 per year from my school-->completely random thing to make me feel better about myself

I think I'm the only one from my class to apply ED to Cornell. :) I could be wrong though... I sure hope not.

Same! i'm the only one out of a class of five hundred and fifty!.
Everyone else wants to go to UGA and Georgia Tech.

ahh i am the only ED'r applying to cornell. i dont think anyone in teh history of my school got into cornell. what do any of you guys suggest doing about the wait, i really cant stop thinking about it?

I am one of six at my school (120 kids) ED'ing to Cornell. Fortunately, I am the only applying to engineering.

My parents are forcing me to look into my back-up plans and start writing more supplemental essays. I also want my second-quarter grades to look really good, so I'm practically devoting myself to schoolwork to get my mind off of everything.

Yeah, Cornell is seriously popular.
I'm just glad I'm the only one applying for a science-related major in CALS out of the 7 of us EDers at my school (1 kid is doing AEM, 1 is Communications, 3 CAS, 1 HumEc).

That's very nice. 17 out of 30 IB students at a IB school in Vancouver are applying for Cornell ED. (hax hax hax)

!
That's absurd!

ow oww, 1 out of 300+ from Burlington ON baby :P , the only person ever gotten in Cornell was this pro basketball player O.o with a 98% average... lol if they look at that for a standard, i'm screwed T_T

Shifu Yoda: JEEZ! That's ridiculous...

I really hope we all get in, good luck guys!
(I love how I'm wasting time on here instead of studying for AP Physics...)

Ridiculously random question!
Does anybody else have to do the Baby Think it Over project at their school? AKA take care of a fake baby for a weekend?

quote

[/quote]

hahahahahahahahhah so true, same here.

This is the one area in which luck seems to be on my side. Out of a class of roughly 800 students, there are two applying to Cornell-- myself and one other girl who hasn't got a prayer. She's applying RD too. 8-) And despite the staggering size of our school, no one has gone to Cornell in the last four years!

Ah AP Physics... currently cramming some circular motion into my short-term memory
And then I have to read about 60 pages of All the King's Men for tomorrow (AP Lit)
And meanwhile obsess over the Cornell decision!

I can't stand the wait! going on these forums somehow makes it all easier knowing that we're all feeling the same way

i'm just focusing on my applications to other schools (UC deadlines coming up)
