<p>did the results surprise you? worry you? placate you?</p>
<p>I'm a bit worried.</p>
<p>yeah, one very qualified people was deferred and another was accepted. since the acceptance was more recent, i'm psyched. haha</p>
<p>from my school, here are some results:</p>
<p>Columbia:
1 accepted to Columbia College
2 accepted to SEAS</p>
<p>Dartmouth:
1 accepted for soccer - he knew he was going a month ago
2 deferred
1 rejected</p>
<p>Penn
1 accepted
1 deferred</p>
<p>Brown
2 accepted</p>
<p>Cornell
1 accepted</p>
<p>There were more people applying to Brown, Cornell, and Penn, but I havent heard their results yet.</p>
<p>I am very nervous for next Wed/Thurs. Even moreso now.</p>
<p>I don't think any of my friends know what Early Decision means. Let alone the rest of the school...</p>
<p>When are you Yale-er's going to get your decisions? We're anticipating Monday or Tuesday.</p>

<p>My friends' Ivy results made me feel /awful/. Like, I'm never gonna get into Yale. One of my very best friends didn't get into Penn, another friend will be getting her letter from Columbia soon (although she has an interview scheduled for tomorrow?)... There are more, but everyone else could get accepted and these two would still make me feel terrible. I want/ed them both to get in so very much.</p>

<p>My condolences to all of the people who didn't have the same luck--Reassure your friends that the universe has flipped itself upside-down, and that by April, it will have righted itself, and they will have a mailbox filled with nice letters.</p>
<p>bebere - i know exactly what you're saying. when i found out one of my friends got into ED for a certain ivy, i FLIPPED. i went crazy -- in the way i would if something <em>similar</em> happened to me.</p>

<p>-out of class of 313. the most amazing part is that none of em had perfect 4.0s unweighted. i guess it helps that we're ranked the #1 public HS in NJ.</p>
