<p>northeastmom – Glad you got your adjustment from Lands End. I had never thought to request an adjustment by e-mail but have always called in the past. Most places will adjust within 14 days of purchase with some caveats. I remember that some places will make an adjustment if an item is moved to clearance, but will not adjust for subsequent markdowns while it is on clearance. The moral of the story is that it never hurts to ask for an adjustment if you are in the 14 day window. </p>

I just ordered a pair of jeans from AE for my daughter 40% off and Upromise has been good in doubling a lot of their percentages, over 10% in the past of what I spent. If I pay my charge off quickly, it’s “free” money toward college. Even if I have free book money by the time my daughters are seniors, I’ll be happy. One of the things I’m glad I did years ago, joining Upromise.</p>

<p>Yeah, I was not sure about the $5 off because it took 40% off when the two blankets, and I bought that along with a [inserting drum roll here] $7 shirt from the overstock section. All I know is that the total was UNDER $21 (including the $1 tax for the blankets)! I went through ebates for an additional 6% back on top that! I also plug in my Sears rewards number which adds up eventually for further deductions of future purchases!</p>
