I, too, just ordered that “grab bag”. Thanks, MOM2M!

The BURTS20 code won’t work for me! I get the lip balm free but not free shipping and 20% off. What am I doing wrong???

I just tried the code too and it didn’t work for me. I typed in BURTS20 and it says, Invalid Code.

I figured it out. The code is BURT20 not BURTS20

NM this is what happened to me when I went to order. I went back to one of the pages where one orders and then I saw the the spot to put in the code. It then took the 20% off and then eliminated the free lip balm. I went back before entering any credit card information. I almost posted the same question here, but decided to go back and see what I did wrong. Perhaps that “enter the discount code” was not there on my first try because I completely missed it. It is when I flipped back to the beginning of my order that I noticed it.

I think the code is “BURT20”, not “BURTS20”. I do not recall if I used all caps, but it did work for me.

Thanks for the Burts Bees tip, but…Where do you type in the code? I got to the screen where you have to input credit card info and didn’t find a spot.

I did it again…I was adding an s to Burt. Took it out and put in BURT20 and it took it!

Cross-posted with NE Mom. Thanks, I’ll try that.

zip and NM we cross posted. Zip read my post, this happened to me too.

Zip, too funny…cross posted with you for the 2nd time.

Too funny! All this Xposting! Thanks for the shopping tips!

I needed to get a Visa or American Express gift card to give to a child for a gift. Frankly, I have bought an AE gift card once and I never have purchased a Visa gift card because I resent spending $4-5 as a fee for nothing in return. Well, one of my local banks now sells Visa gift cards if one has an account there. There is no fee, and and they even provide a nice little box for it, which makes a lovely presentation. I believe that AAA does offer a small discount for AE gift cards, but my bank’s deal beats AAA, IMO. I appreciate the service that my local bank is providing to customers.

I didn’t read all the posts to see if this was already mentioned, but I am a devotee of ebates.com. Cash back at tons of websites. I’ve gotten 10% back from the gap and piperlime.

Picked up some BCBG suits for D1 on sale at Macys dot com. Were already reduced and then used code MACYSFRIEND for free shipping and 25% off full order. She graduates from college in May and I thought these would be great for work.

My good buy of the day: box sets of Japanese mochi and cookies at Costco in Waipio. Our Costco at home doesn’t have anything like that. They will make a great care package for my yD as she will be studying for her Japanese final pretty soon.

Also, a bunch of Hawaiian Christmas ornaments to give out as gifts to friends and family. I think our oD will appreciate a surfing Santa for her tree because she got engaged in HI :)

I had never heard of Rue La La! Thanks for that tip.

We are looking for a camera for our DD…anybody have a good buy…she doesn’t need anything insane, just something that is small to carry in her purse and easily downloaded on the computer. Looking for 75-100 price frame…would be happy if I can get something in the 50-75. No need for video or other perks, just a good camera that has zoom, and easy downloading ability.

Also anybody know a code for buying x-box live? We have the x-box, but want to buy for DS2 the ability to play live.

Woot is having a woot off today. You might find a camera on there, you just have to keep on checking.
