your opinion on my chances

Please be honest and thanks =]
I'm not sure what are my chances to get accepted into any CUNY colleges. I plan on sticking to Childhood Edu., and minor in one of the following:
- Marketing (focus on PR, Marketing, Media, Viral, Film)
- Creative Services (creative development, digital content, web design)
- IT (Information Technology)
- Consumer Licensing (Licensing, Acquisitions)

Not sure what major/minor Creative Services and Consumer Licensing would be. Does anyone know?

I'm an average person so in HS, I got a 2.6 [my average is an 81], and in the 1st semester of college, I got a 3.06. SAT was probably 1510. Extra: I was in choir in HS and I did a lot of service learning in the past 2 years.

Chance me please!!
btw, this is for transferring.

bump =]
I decided to minor in PR.

Your high school gpa might hurt you a bit but your college gpa is on par with the cunys ur sat might be a little low but still in the range. So goodluck. Chance you pleae chance me back

Then how many college credits do you need for colleges not to look at your HS gpa?

There’s no specific number. But if they see you getting lower grades in the AP courses and such, then I think you’ll be a little better off than if you got lower grades in the standard level courses.

You mean they look at the average of every HS class you’ve taken?
''But if they see you getting lower grades in the AP courses and such, then I think you’ll be a little better off than if you got lower grades in the standard level courses. ‘’
Define lower grades in the AP courses. I’ve taken only 2; a 98 and a 85-88 (can’t remember exact average).
Thing is, I applied to transfer for Spring 2011, but didn’t get in to any I like. I tried contacting the colleges via phone for reasons, but no reply.

Chance me please! I’ll do the same if you want!

hate to triple post, but bump.

Chance me please and happy new years!!
