YOUR SATs?

Don't take this the wrong way whoever reads this post: I want to know what the average SAT of our little class of 2011 is on the forums here... if you feel comfortable, post your Math + Verbal score...

1480

1550mv+780w

...1520....

...1570...

1430mv + 760w

Ditto on what stu64k said.

1500

700 Cr/800 M

are yall applying this year? anyone who got in from last year post their scores?

wow...i dont even want to post my score when i see all those 1500s. thankfully, writing doesnt count. I got a 1440- 720 on both.

1430 (800cr, 630m) + 800w.. too bad they don't look at writing. Retaking in Dec. though in a final bid to get a 2300, lol.

It might be helpful if people post what school they're applying to as well. SFS for me.

ya, college for me. audra?

Know of anyone who got into Georgetown with stellar ec's, recs, and essays, great GPA, but lowish sats? In other words, everything going for her BUT sats? Or is that pretty much the be-all and end-all? SATs were 1830.

shadow... gtown doesnt care about ur threeway score... what was ur mathverbal?

1500

730 cr 770 m 700 w

Ugh. Iit was the writing that was best at 660. Reading 590 math 580. I am still wondering if those other things, stellar ECs and essay, excellent recs, dual citizenship, great GPA out of tough Catholic highschool, might make up for it. We can dream, right? Is EVERYTHING based on a certain SAT score? (Exclusing recruits, URMs, legacies, etc.)

1550 + 800w.

^^ wow.

business for me..(oh btw, i had a 1520)

1520 is nothing to sneeze at

geez, I feel stupid...1640.

So much other stuff matters besides SATs. I have a friend that got in with an 1120. Stuff in the 1300s is also very standard. There is no score that will get you and most scores won't keep you out so don't freak out too much.
