In your school, how much a difference does a + or - on a grade make?

A minus: 90-92
A: 93-96
A plus: 97-100+

There’s no such thing. However, a 4.0 is a 96.

Ah, so it’s about GPA.
“Plus” : 4.0
“Normal” : 3.8
“Minus” : 3.6

A= 4.0
A-=3.7
B+=3.3
B=3.0
B-+2.7 and so on and so forth

90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C

So on.

I like it.

I wish mine was like that, LMU.

On transcript’s, it just says A. Nothing more.

No matter if you got + or -.

1st Quarter I got 6 A-'s, and one grade that is undetermined due to the fact my Literature teacher doesn’t know how to function a gradebook.

Our system works as 1st Quarter x 2 + 2nd Quarter x 2 + Semester Exam = All of that divided by 5 is your semester grade. 40%.40%.20%.

no difference :)

90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
60-69 = D
0-59 = F

Love it :p

and we calculate final grades sort of like LMU, except its:
(((MP1 grade + MP2 grade + MP3 grade + MP4 grade) * 2) + Final ) / 9

We don’t have =/-.
Our scale is 93-100 A
85-92 B
78-84 C
70-77 D
below 69 F

Wave of jealousy coming!!! :)

Glasses’ grading system sounds delicious… unless of course it’s a super competitive private school you go to.

3.5-4.0 = A
2.5-3.49 = B
1.5-2.49 = C

I don’t know the rest…it’s too low for me to even care about.

But teachers grade us by

90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
60-69 = D
00-59 = F

It’s different per class for mine, there’s no fixed grading scale in the idea that teachers should be allowed to choose their grading system…

Mine is like approximately…
A: 94-100
B: 89-80
C:79-70
D:70-65
F:<65

No Es or F+ or Dminuses. Straight to an F.

Fairfax County, VA has one of the strictest grading curves ever. Poor TJ kiddies.
