Hi guys. I got accepted into my ED college so I will have the spring to do whatever I want. And since my schools pay for APs, I plan on taking as many as I can to get placement in college.

I would definitely take: Chem, US. Gov, Comp. Gov, English Lit since I'm taking these at school. I'm considering some of these APs: European Hist, Human Geography, Bio, Micro and Macro, Env. Sci., Psychology.

I would appreciate any comments on how easy/hard these APs are, which ones I should take, and what exactly is covered. Last year, I did pretty well in history (5s in USH and WH) and science (5s in Physics C and Comp Sci AB). Any feedback would be much appreciated guys :D

All of the APs on your list are considered to be the BS APs except Bio and maybe European History. Psychology is easy, and I'm sure you could do well on it without too much effort. Micro and Macro will be really easy if you're a math person. It will be a bit more challenging if you're not, because of all the graphs, but it still isn't a big deal. Human Geography is very easy too. I remember reading that someone on this forum said that they took a practice test at the beginning of the class, and did pretty well. It's mostly common sense, from what I gather. Bio might be hard, but if you have a solid background in science, you should be fine. Environmental Sci. is good to take with Bio, but it will still be pretty easy without it. European History is going to be really easy for you since you did well in History.

US Gov and Comp Gov- easy, any prep book can help you self-study 4 the exam, you really dont need a text

Do I need a textbook for Euro Hist, Human Geo, Micro & Macro, Envi. Sci, and Psych? What textbooks/prep books are the best?

Thanks guys.

Bio's like the easiest AP exam to study for.. pure memorization :]

I don't really know much about bio textbooks though.. I never cracked open the book (except for the 1st chapter when I wanted to pretend to be a good student) and lived off my teacher's lecture notes, but I did review w/ the PR AP Bio book (got a 5)

I heard that the Cliff's bio book is great. I also heard that the PR SAT Bio book is good for nailing a few basic concepts. I know for a fact that a textbook isn't necessary for Psych. The Barron's book is more than enough.
