Hi all, I was researching some test prep companies and these articles popped up. Was interested in hearing people’s thoughts.

Thanks for helping me out. I’m in search of test prep for my sophomore son.
Your son will likely be taking the new SAT. Since companies and tutors haven’t quite learned what the new SAT will be like as well as they will in a year, I would say focus on self studying (like get the College Board study guide) and utilize free SAT prep apps and websites like Khan. Then in the second semester of junior year, have your son take the SAT. If it’s good, you’re set! If you would like to improve, then I would encourage paid tutoring / paid online classes. By then, you’ll have a better idea of how you’re doing on the SAT and companies will have a better idea of testing strategies and content for the New SAT. Best of luck!
